The Flying Beaver Bar & Grill is such a Canadian name and a lovely hangout, starting with this view.
Surprisingly, this is not a tourist trap in any way. It is actually a very pleasant restaurant with excellent quality food and service. Just look at this beautiful Cobb salad.
But the real surprise is the fish and chips. These were some of the best in the city (and they are very proud of them).
I think I will be back and if the service and food continue to impress, this may become one of my favourite places on the blog.
